check this out: DC has free cabs for all of halloween weekend! that's fantastic, because a) i wasn't sure how metro-ing between 3 parties with my friend dressed as a dominatrix was going to work out, b) i won't have to figure out the zone system, which i already had to navigate drunk once this week, narrowly avoiding a ripoff, and c) DC turns out to be more of a halloween-party town than i realized.
